Security Guard

We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and property. This role requires excellent observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and monitor premises regularly.
• Control access to buildings and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
• Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors when needed.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with emergency services when required.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for report writing and documentation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Previous security experience is an asset but not required.
