Responsibilities:
- Coordinate job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with HR policies and employee inquiries
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of HR or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field an asset
