Store Supervisor

Maple Leaf Mart is looking for a Store Supervisor to help lead our Aurora team, oversee daily operations, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: - Supervise and support front-line staff - Manage opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation - Handle customer escalations - Support merchandising and inventory management Requirements: - 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience - Strong leadership and communication skills - Available for a flexible schedule including weekends Compensation: $18/hr. Full-time.
