Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

CareFirst Health Services is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our care team serving clients in Richmond Hill. Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments per care plan - Monitor and document client health status - Coordinate with families and care teams - Provide clinical support and guidance to PSWs Requirements: - Current RPN registration in good standing with CNO - Strong clinical and communication skills - Previous home care or long-term care experience an asset Compensation: $24/hr.
