Production Line Associate

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Line Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating on a fast-paced production line, assembling and packaging products, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, package, and label products according to company standards.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory and material handling when needed.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Morning and evenings or weekends if required.
