Hotel Front Desk Agent

Lakeview Hotel Group is hiring a Front Desk Agent for our Oshawa hotel. Responsibilities: - Check guests in/out and handle reservations - Respond to guest questions and requests promptly - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests Requirements: - Strong customer service and communication skills - Comfortable with hotel booking software (training provided) - Available for rotating shifts including weekends Compensation: $17.50/hr. Full-time.
